Cedars Park Cafe Function Room is the perfect place to hire for all your events, functions or business meetings.
Set within the peaceful surroundings of Cedars Park, which offers over 19 acres of Green Flag parkland, providing a wonderful place to relax and traffic-free play areas for children.

The bright & airy function room with its full-length windows & double doors, has capacity for 40 people seated or 60 standing. The venue has its own small kitchen and on-site toilet, as well as tables & chairs for your use if required.

Please allow time to set up and clear the room, and clean the room afterwards, when making your booking*

Please note:  All hirers must use main car park & access function room from there. There is no facility to access or park in the service car park behind  the function room. (please email info@cafesinthepark.com for any queries)

We offer a great menu with our on-site catering, anything from tea/coffee up to a full buffet.

We can help you plan your function and advise on any catering you may require.  We are happy to customise a menu for you and we can also cater for special dietary requirements.

 

The small kitchen does not have any facilities to cook or heat up food

 

There are tables & chairs for the hirers use.

6 tables – 6ft x 2ft 6″;

2 tables – 6ft x 2ft;
1 table – 2ft 6″ x 3ft.

 

The hirer is not allowed to bring any electrical equipment onto the premises, without prior consent.

The function room does not have WIFI

 

Bookings are only available during cafe opening times of Monday – Sunday from 8am – 6pm but during autumn/winter, hire times are governed by park closing times, and must be finished 30 minutes before park closes.

Hire times: Jan 9am – 3.30pm: Feb 9am – 4.30pm; Mar 9am – 5.30pm; Apr/May/Jun/Jul/Aug/Sept 9am – 6pm; Oct 9am – 5.30pm;  Nov 9am -4pm; Dec 9am – 3.30pm
