We’d love to welcome you to the new Park Pavilion Kiosk. It’s the perfect addition to Broxbourne’s multi-purpose recreation ground and children’s play area.
Only a short walk from Broxbourne station and Lee Valley Park, The Kiosk is housed in the Park Pavilion building, which has been carefully restored and now boasts a fresh, modern interior and up to date facilities. The Kiosk is an ideal on-site facility for refreshments, for everyone using the children’s play area, to commuters, dog walkers, and perfect for family picnics & sports activities held on the recreation ground.
In line with the high standards you can expect at all our venues, the Kiosk only serves Fairtrade tea – because we believe it’s right and it tastes better, too. We insist on Rainforest Alliance fresh bean coffee and all our staff are Barista trained, so you can enjoy the ultimate coffee experience. We have a range of fruit teas and soft drinks, too – there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Our friendly staff are happy to help you choose from our delicious range of sandwiches or hot and cold snacks. All our food is freshly made to order using locally-sourced produce and Fairtrade ingredients where possible.
Our selection of freshly baked homemade cakes, Farmhouse ice creams and natural smoothies are certain to tempt you. We’ll help you find that perfect accompaniment for a great afternoon in the park!
New Facility for Hire
Alongside our Kiosk at the Park Pavilion, we’re delighted to be able to offer you use of The Space – a much-needed community venue for hire. This versatile room has been specifically designed to provide local people with a bright, spacious and practical place for meetings, activities, children’s parties, gatherings, workshops, clubs and groups.
Offering parkland views from its many windows and double doors, opening onto a patio area, the Space can comfortably seat 60 people or accommodate 80 standing. It is fully equipped with tables and chairs for your use, if required, and WiFi is available on request.
The Space has its own separate toilet facilities – as well as changing room and shower facilities, which can be hired separately, and are perfect if your sports team is playing in the park.
Best of all, the Kiosk can provide our usual high-quality food and drink for your members, colleagues or guests. And if you prefer something more substantial – but just as delicious! – we can cater for your event from our selection of menus listed here. All our food is freshly made to order and locally sourced where possible – just what you’d expect from Cafés in the Park.
The Space can be booked 7 days* a week, all year round (except Christmas Day). There is ample car parking nearby at The Old Mill & Meadows car parks, charges apply, and on the road parking (subject to time restrictions).
